Terms of service

Each service includes exactly what is described on its page. Changes or additional work beyond that require a new quote.

Services marked “50% upfront” are paid half when ordering and the rest on delivery. All others are paid in full when ordering.

Third-party fees (for example, Viator’s listing fee) are charged in full and passed on to the corresponding platform.

Subscriptions are charged in advance each period and can be cancelled at any time; the period already paid is not refunded.

Delivery times count business days from when we receive the payment and the information we need. If information is missing, the time starts when we receive it.

Once a job is delivered and approved, any change is quoted separately.
